The key take away can be summed up as the saying; wandering generality vs meaningful specifics.  Do you want to be something general for a lot of people or something spectacular to a few?  Make things best for a few not all and concentrate on your world right now.  Tribal is cause oriented so look for similarities and commonalities with your tribe.

Online Marketing Trends in Behavioral Advertising: Marketing to Millennials

  • Keep message short (32 seconds).
  • Find “What’s in it for me”?
  • Find right platform both for your business and specifically to market to millennials.
  • Promote (UGC) user generated content.
  • Millennial connection have someone that looks like them.
  • Keep your message straight forward.

Content Marketing for Boring Companies

Content can not carry itself alone, you need to evoke emotion with imagery as well. Write around spheres of information that deal with your product or service.
